So I have been reading non-stop for the past few days, and let me tell you, the Lux Series will not disappoint. The second book in the series, Onyx, has kept my focus, with me finally finishing it! OH. MY. GOSH. It's insane the love/hate relationship that Katy and Daemon have! I just melt every time Daemon calls her "Kitten" and when Katy rolls her eyes at his arrogance but secretly loves it. It's such a great book, but again, it's also infuriating. The stubbornness of Katy, refusing to let go of the idea that Daemon only has feelings for her because of some freaky alien connection. And then Blake (or as Daemon likes to call him, Blart, Barf, Ben, Burt, ect.), the hot surfer boy from Sante Monica, comes into the picture, causing Daemon huge amounts of problems (jealousy, worrying, anger, and did I mention jealousy?) and making Katy confused about her feelings. Not wanting to give too much away, but this book has a "blazing like the sun" quality. Cannot wait to get my hands on the next book!
