Heroes of Olympus: Was it necessary? Yes.

So the Heroes of Olympus is a spin-off series for the Percy Jackson series, and let me tell you, it is nothing if not infuriating. Rick Riordan once again, steals the show with his writing only to leave me wanting to claw his larynx out for leaving such huge cliff hangers at the end of every book in the series. It's beyond inthralling and if you can handle the year long wait between each installment, these books are a hell of a ride, but totally worth it,  no matter who you are or what your age is! And don't even get me started on how he finally makes some love happen, but I can't spoil it! Read it and read it again, because it's soooo worth it!
